As a part of this application process I/we here by consent to as outlined above and grant permission without conditions for bluefinancial.co.uk to retain my/our personal details on your systems for the purpose of introduction and accept that a bluefinancial.co.uk and its subsidiaries or third parties may provide my/our personal details to brokers, independent financial advisors, financial advisors and or lenders who may contact me, conduct credit searches and use information held by other lenders when assessing future or current applications for finance and that the said information about me/us and or members of my/our household may be used for the purpose of debt tracking/tracing and or fraud prevention.

I/we declare that the statements and particulars given in my/our application are true and accurate to the best of my/our knowledge and shall form part of any subsequent agreement entered into here in. I/we agree that such information may be relied upon by Blue Financial Limited and its subsidiaries or third parties and authorise you to disclose the same personal information as if they had received it first hand so they may/can contact me/us regarding the details provided at the time of application through this website.

Customer Declaration

I/we authorise Blue Financial Limited to process any personal information received through this website when assembling my/our remortgage quotation and give express permission for third parties to contact me/us for the purpose of receiving advice on arranging any such finance and may search the files of a licensed credit reference agency or agencies who keep a record of the search or searches to confirm my/our particulars

I/we understand that the passing of such information to third parties will incur NO FEES payable by me/us and Blue Financial Limited may receive an introductory commission for the purpose of processing such personal information

I/we also acknowledge that any application/quotation once forwarded may be susceptible to an arrangement fee payable on completion of any mortgage arrangement and that Blue Financial Limited does not guarantee any results associated with bluefinancial.co.uk or the passing such infromation to the said medium.

Prevention of money laundering and identity theft.

I/we understand that if false or inaccurate information is presented/documented by me/us that the third parties or the lender may record information if fraud or identity theft is suspected and disclose such information to the relevant agencies and at the any time for the purpose of assessing my/our application, administering and enforcing any subsequent loan or finance whether during the course of the application or during the lifetime of the loan pursuant to the said application and agree that if false or inaccurate information is given that the said mediums may decline or replace my/our lender without warning

The information held by us is processed purely for the purposes under which we are registered and regulated under the data protection act. On receipt of your written request we will provide you with a copy of the information we hold for a prepaid fee available on request
