We believe in equal opportunity and recognise the importance of providing a website that is accessible and easy to navigate by all our users and visitors regardless of disabilities. We have endeavoured to ensure that the site is fully compliant with the recommendations laid down by the RNIB and by the World Wide Web Consortium's Web Access Initiative.

Navigation menus

All links and pages are accessible from the 4 main navigation bars, two of which are located above and below our our free phone number banner at the top of every page and two at the bottom of evey page.

Throughout the site we use HTML heading tags to form and convey the page or document structure. H1 tags are used for all main titles and H2 tags for subtitles or paragraph introductions and so on.

Images

All images include descriptive 'alt tag' attributes which serve as pointers to convey the documents content and purpose.

Colours

Our designers have used contrasting pantones to ensure that all text, headings and interactive functions offer a clear contrast from their backgrounds which remain effective even when viewed in different colour combinations or settings.

• Should you wish to adjust or override the site's colours simply change your browser settings to suit your own preferences.

Font (text) size and weight

The vast majority of all content driven text and fonts are resizable allowing you the option of either increasing or decreasing the font face according to your needs. The browser options and how to's are listed below:

• Internet Explorer up to Version 6
  Select view located near the back button on your viewing window, then text size and adjust to suit

• Internet Explorer Version 7
  In the bottom right hand corner of the screen above the clock select the maginfying glass to adjust the zoom function to suit.

• Netscape all versions
  Select view, then text zoom and adjust to suit.

Forms and input fields

All forms and inputting fields follow a logical tab sequence to ensure easy navigation. Virtually all form fields use label and id attributes to associate the form field with its label allowing easy entry of data through the sequence.
